Return Policy


We at Kidz District strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Please note that all sale items or items purchased using a promotion are final sale.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Additionally, some items are required to be unopened in order to be eligible for a refund:

  • Baby Feeding products
  • Teethers
  • Pacifiers
  • Health and personal care

Additional non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

We require you to provide us with a proof of purchase in order to get a refund approved. This can be either your original order #, or the name and e-mail of the person who placed the order with us.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will advise you as to whether you refund request is approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Defective or damaged items (includes Warranty issues)
If your item is defective or damaged, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you have an issue with an item that falls within our Warranty policy, please contact us directly at info@kidzdistrict.com and we will make sure to deal with your issue in a quick and satisfactory manner.

Please note that only manufacturing defects and damages are covered under our warranty policy. Wear-and-tear damage due to normal product usage or even abuse is not covered under this policy.

Shipping items back to Kidz District
To return your product, you should mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. If your item is being replaced under our Warranty policy, we will cover the cost to ship the replacement back to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
