The outer material is made of 100% polyester (recycled). Its UV protection factor of 80 shields the sensitive scalp of babies and toddlers in summer. It perfectly complements the UV-protective swimwear of the LÄSSIG Splash & Fun collection.
The extra-long neck protection afforded by this hat shields your child’s head and eyes as well as the neck area from the sun’s rays. It can be tied under the chin to prevent it blowing off in the wind or simply coming loose while your child is romping around.
The lightweight, breathable and quick-drying fabric of the LÄSSIG Bucket Hat makes it comfortable to wear on the beach or in the water. The moisture-regulating lining transfers perspiration directly to the atmosphere. And when you get home, the hat can be washed at 30°C on a gentle cycle.
To produce the outer material of the LÄSSIG sun hat, waste plastic was recycled and spun into yarn. The recycled material content is equivalent to 2 PET bottles (based on an average weight of 17.2g per bottle). By using recycled materials and innovative processes and excluding animal-based components, LÄSSIG contributes to the circular economy and conserves the resources of our planet
