Why Lassig?

It is very simple! Our name is LASSIG which means “casual” in German. We develop products that are not only casual, beautiful and functional, but are also fun and make life easier. So, naturally, we named our products and the company “LASSIG”. Therefore, the name matches our philosophy: Simply LASSIG!

We are inspired by streets and catwalks worldwide. Working as a team, we design bags, textiles and other beautiful and functional things for people who want to emphasize their zest for life and their individuality by choosing high-quality, casual products. Numerous product awards over the last couple of years confirm our claim to excellence in design, quality and sustainability.

Live Consciously!

Inspired by this quote from the famous American architect, we could also say: Our products are of the same nature as we are: fair and casual.
We accept responsibility – for our employees in the same way as we do for the people who work in our manufacturing facilities abroad. We personally inspect the working conditions there and only cooperate with companies which adhere to work safety regulations, do not employ children and pay and treat their employees adequately.
We from LASSIG love our environment and lend our support to the protection of nature and human beings. Sustainability is not a strategic catchword for us but an attitude. We increasingly produce with recycled, untreated and therefore environmentally friendly materials, the safety of which is continuously audited and ensured by accredited test institutes.
